Cab 3185:  Content-API-2/search returns dates rather than timestamps (#60)

* move hardcoded CMIS strings into RepositoryConstants.CMIS
* refactor document converters to use profileFacade to do field name & data type conversions
* search api now correctly converts documents to their content-api specified data types
* convert date string into timestamp returned by alfresco client for metadata
* LAST_MODIFIER_FQDN should be "cmis:lastModifiedBy"
