feat: Close #24 and fully flesh out module's public interfaces.

Huge progress towards #67 (and publishing modules in general). Might even hit a v1.

Which also means making `resume` and `letter` modules.

Renamed a bunch of components so I could just `export * from ...` everywhere, which seems sensible. Who knows if consumers will want to use both the dumb component or wrapped container (or wherever else we had identical names for different resources)?

`jsx` exposes a public interface intended for client-side usage, but also exposes `@randy.tarampi/jsx/test`, which helps facilitate server side tests (includes `enzyme`). This seems like a sensible way to centralize code but expose it in a sane manner. Could probably kill off some more tech debt and add `@randy.tarampi/jsx/server` while I'm at it.
