Preparing test coverage for mainlining of SharedDataTestCase

Soon, SharedDataTestCase branch of Anyblok should be merged and
released. We don't want our coverage to drop when this happens.

Once we require Anyblok 0.20.0, we can remove the conditional
import and the sdtestcase module altogether.
