py/modbuiltins: print: Treat file=None as sys.stdout .

From https://docs.python.org/3.5/library/functions.html#print :

"The file argument must be an object with a write(string) method;
if it is not present or None, sys.stdout will be used."

This change is not wrapped in MICROPY_CPYTHON_COMPAT because it's
considered universally useful: it allows to write modules which don't
import sys, and allow to output either to sys.stdout or to dedicated
stream.
