added first visitor implementation, with example & unit tests (#154)

* added visitor implementation, with example & unit tests


Remark: with this commit, VS2013 is not supported anymore,
because of some obscure bug (declaration of nested visitor class not found)
So VS2015 is the new minimum supported compiler

Additional changes has to be done (docu, CI)

* fixed compile errors

* fixed missing new line in end of file

* fixed missing empty line

* fixed missing empty lines

* fixed compile error with gcc (fwd. declaration missing)

* Added new target "examples"

This will build all examples
adjusted CI scripts to honor this new target, instead of explicit specifying all examples.

So the script don't need to be adjusted anymore, when a new example is created

* removed support for MSVC2013 in appveyor
(cannot be build anymore, because of visitor support)

* upgraded to chai script 6.1.0 (patched it, because of compile errors)
