Pipelines!

- Images can now be constructed using `x >> y` syntax!
- While nice however I'm sure a number of standard piplines will
  crop up and be hidden behind `Image` classes
- Added a new abstract class `Image` that ensures all images can
  be called with a `width` and `height` and return a matplotlib
  image plot which can be used to preview an image.
- Alternatively, if the `filename` keyword argument is given then
  the image will be saved as a .png file.

- Added a `SimpleImage` implementation of the above that takes a
  `domain`, `shape` and `color` and simply passes one to the next
  in order to construct an image.
