Fix serialization of Gym Environments

By adding a new parameter for the gym environment name instead of the
environment object, we're able to pickle the gym environment using the
Serializable class.
A parameterized test to check on all Gym environments (except for Atari
since tests can take much more time) was added to back up this change
and future changes in the gym environments.
