* Add input mapping capability (#3793)

* * Add input mapping capability

Note that this functionality would be greatly beneficial to the
parsing of input values of the bulk payment screen, if it hadn't
had this contrived additional level of indirection for lots of
data in the invoice rows (where payments aren't referenced by
the row number, but by the invoice's 'id' -- an indirection
I need to find a way around...).
