Re-indenting omp_2d_for lambda bodies

We removed a required level of indentation from the double-for loops now
that we moved their contents to be within a lambda that is passed as a
parameter to omp_2d_for. This commit simply shifts all these contents
one level of indentation down so the code looks consistent.
