Get IntervalArithmetic.jl ready for Julia 1.0 (#194)

* Fix broadcasting for 0.7

* Fixes Interval-Boolean multiplication in Windows

This PR fixes the error noticed in https://github.com/JuliaIntervals/IntervalArithmetic.jl/issues/188#issue-350628965.

* Tests for Julia 0.7

* atan2 -> atan

* cut off Julia 0.6

* remove `@compat`

* realmax -> floatmax

* Base.Test -> Test

* Export times and dot

* indmax -> argmax

* Remove <0.7 test logic

* Comment out complex tests for the moment

* Fix literal powers of decorated intervals

* Fix display tests due to change in BigFloat output

* Fix more display issues

* Val{n} -> Val(n)

* Remove dependency on AdjacentFloats

* Remove using AdjacentFloats

* Correct usage of Val for IntervalBox

* Correct usage of Val in tests

* Use new iteration protocol and clean up a couple of tests

* Add a let block to multidim tests

* Add let blocks to fix issues with globals in tests

* Use SetRounding.jl for setting machine rounding mode

* Bump requirements

* Bump RecipesBase

* Don't allow failures

* Reenable complex tests, commenting out the power test

* New appveyor.yml
