S3 answer question backend and frontend (#120)

* answer post code added ...not yet tested

* answer POST route appears to work with basic route test added

* smol cleanup

* re-added frontend index.html

* frontend modified in smol way so it will actually post answer now

* frontend bit seems correct now; json actually being sent
