Set sale/purchase order in db, fix default account for new accrued

Fix test isolate account_multicurrency_revaluation

The tests of account_multicurrency_revaluation do not like the demo
data from account module.

Move auto-reversal to base module.
Allow to book positive and negative amount on separate accounts (invoice to receive or goods to receive).
Do not make accounting move lines with amount=0.
Cron job should not automaticaly create moves.
Allow to make accrual without provisionning taxes and allow to book invoice on the right accounting period and adjust existing accrual.
Record quantity received and invoiced on each accrual entry.
Review translations.
