Try to authenticate only with sessioncookie

At least since version 18.7.0 gocd does interpret the authentication
methods in different order. That causes gocd to always try basic-auth
even if a valid cookie/session is added to the request.
This breaks functionality in environments where two-factor
authentication is being used.
