Copyediting some item definitions (#25243)

* copyedit ammo.json

For charcoal, the old description was literally a rip from Wikipedia, was long, and didn't provide any useful info to the player. Remedied.

For hydrogen canister, the description had a bunch of nonsensical sci-fi fluff in it (to solidify hydrogen, you'd need heat and pressure conditions which wouldn't be materially possible in a canister. I'm open to reverting it.) Remedied.
