Traj params cleanup (#83)

* two burn orbit raise example test skips if SNOPT is unavailable.

* Allow phases to alias input parameter names to simplify the interaction between trajectory input parameters and phase input parameters.

* cleaned up trajectory design/input parameters so that they always interface through phases as phase input parameters.  phase input parameters can be aliased to different names to accommodate trajectory design/input parameters.  Added more documentation.  Two burn orbit raise should skip when SNOPT is not available.

* bumped version -> 0.11.0

* test_doc_two_burn_orbit_raise switched back to SLSQP for now.  Added develop branch to travis.yml for transition to gitflow.

* cleanup
