* fix(subcomponents): change how/where subcomponents are set on the component

affects: patternfly-react

Move the setting of subcomponents (ie AboutModal.Versions) into the component class file.
This fixes some issues with production builds depending on how things are included.

* Import other pf-react components directly rather than from top level index
