fix(NotificationDrawerWrapper): support missing notification create_at (#566)

When the NotificationDrawerWrapper notification object doesn't have a
create_at key, the Component render Notification.Info with 'Invalid Date'.

This change check if created_at exists before adding the Notification.Info.
