Don't run mocha when there's no tests to run

If you call into mocha with no args mocha will run all tests by default. That
is not quite what we want, as the prime use case for this module is big
projects where the full test suite takes a while to run.

This commit fixes #8

Also, move the output generation into MochaWorker from MochaWatch.
