Make fetch experience generic (#225)

* Refactor SDK to use fetch methods that take types

Rename types to more appropriately match their contract intentions

Add `FlatResource` protocol with default implementation when conforming
to Resource.

Add AssetProtocol and ResourceProtocol

Properly separate concerns for Assets

Prune Interstellar

Rm `DataDelegate` in favor of directly fetching data

* Bump version to 4.0.0-alph1 and update changelog

* Fix typos in changelog

* Fix inconsistent whitespace in Client

* fixup! Refactor SDK to use fetch methods that take types
