README.md: fix typos

Doxygen prints warnings about formating in README.md, which
are caused by typos or systax misstakes in the .md file.

tpm2-tss/README.md:2: warning: Unexpected html tag <img> found within <a href=...> context
tpm2-tss/README.md:64: warning: unable to resolve reference to `INSTALL.md' for \ref command
tpm2-tss/README.md:79: warning: Illegal command ref as part of a <h1> tag

This fixes the typos and make doxygen happy.
