Commit Message

The CONFIG['twilio']['auth'] dict was made into an OrderedDict
in order to preserver the order of the auth parameters for when
jsonconfig stores the auth.  I originally made CONFIG itself
an OrderedDict, but this didn't solve the problem as it only
made the top-most layer in the CONFIG dict an OrderedDict.  Now
just the auth dict is an OrderedDict for twilio.
