Move all jetty and netty endpoints under /nflow/*.

BREAKING CHANGE: The new path structure for the nflow-jetty and
nflow-netty is as follows:

* /nflow/api/v1           -> API v1
* /nflow/api/swagger.json -> swagger config
* /nflow/ui               -> nFlow statics assets
* /nflow/ui/explorer      -> nFlow UI
* /nflow/ui/doc           -> swagger UI
* /nflow/metrics          -> metrics ja health checks

Configuration parameters removed:

* nflow.swagger.basepath
* nflow.api.basepath
