Beaker runner rework

- work and resubmit on recipe set level - recipes in a single recipe set
  depend on each other (eg. server-client testing)
- get rid of the getverboseresults and co. methods and parse the result
  XML directly, retrieving all the failed logs - allows for more
  flexibility with testing without hardcoding paths
- simplify the logic around handling aborted jobs
- modify both reporting mechanisms to reflect the changes
- change / delete tests and assets to reflect the changes

The changes are dependent on each other and hard to split out, which is
why they are done at the same time.
