Merge remote-tracking branch 'origin/pr/24584'

* origin/pr/24584: (24 commits)
  Lint JSON.
  Add zombie military pilot enemy, add drops for it, add it to the crashed helicopter spawn.
  Add zombie military pilot JSON.
  Linting JSON.
  Use unique_ptr instead of new/delete.
  Astyle.
  Astyle fixes.
  Replace make_unique with new and delete.
  Rename helicopter in scenario to Bird so that it works for all wreckage types.
  Add the zombie scientists and zombie bio-operators as spawns in the full clown car crashes.
  Move crashed helicopters to vehicle group instead.
  Lint vehicle_group.json, add crashed helicopter group, reorder helicopters in helicopters.json to be in order of prebaked damage.

  Add better smashing function for vehicles.  Add option to return broken parts also for get_parts().  Crashed heli start puts player in seat even if the seats are broken.  Set name of crashed heli in Crashed heli start to match scenario.
  Make heli-crash scenario description fit new additions, add new helicopter jsons with loot, vary number of zombies in crash.
  Fix vehicle::get_bounding_box, add "forest" as valid helicopter crash scenario start location, fix crashed helicopter being placed out of bounds, moved rubble creation ahead of vehicle placement, fixed player placement in helicopter crash at game start.
