Coordinate updates
Coordinate is pluralized in module and class names.
The 1d coordinates classes are renamed, e.g. Coord -> ArrayCoordinates1d.
The numerical segment_position is removed in favor of left, right, and midpoint ctypes.
The Coordinates1d delta is removed. Area bounds are calculated according to the ctype, with better extrapolation for MonotonicCoordinates1d area_bounds.
ArrayCoordinates1d ctype must be point.
The Traits validation is updated to use the actual types instead of tl.Any in several places, which requires type casting in the init method and simplifies the validation methods.
A utility function to check and cast an array of coordinate values is added (alongside make_coord_value).
coord_linspace is removed; the UniformCoordinates1d is reverted to accept either a step or a size, with step being the default.
UniformCoordinates1d defines _bounds instead of bounds.
The cached_properties are made consistent.
The Coordinate1d properties (formerly kwargs) is updated.
is_datetime is removed in favor of checking the dtype.
The UniformCoordinates1d start, stop, and step are better validated to be matching type.
scipy_regularity and rasterio_regularity are removed.
TODO: the MonotonicCoordinates midpoint ctype area bounds requires a new util for handling datetimes.
TODO: __getitem__ magic method.
TODO: update and check unit tests.
