Forbid document upload in contract terminal status (#43)

* Remove wrong docstring

* Fix validator

Because validator is used by the adapter, that can be used to upload
documents for different attributes related to contact, there is a need
to avoid false triggering it on not targeted models.

* Forbid to upload doc to contract

in terminal statuses.
