Fix/hoomd gsd xml (#452)

* not sure why but I needed to add openmm as a dep

* first pass at stoping rotations

* failing 3 tests, need to improve logic

* passes all tests

* syncing with upstream

* test to make sure box is saved -L/2, L/2

* shift hoomdxml to -L/2, L/2 from 0, L

* added test for gsd box

* mbuild can't read in GSDs, so check with gsd reader

* shift gsd to -L/2, L/2 from 0, L

* forgot to set gsd test as auto skip if gsd not found

* start of seperate function

* moved the coord shifting into a function

* now a user can not shift coords if they so desire
