Rename node with element in code

This will better reflect the fact that XMLStreamer only ever streams DOMElement objects, and help avoiding confusion with setMaxNodes(), which could lead to think that this sets the maximum number of nodes to read in the XML file, when it's actually the number of elements to stream.
