Update README.md (#357)

In releases after v1.1.0 the correct CDI controller release manifest appears to be:
https://github.com/kubevirt/containerized-data-importer/releases/download/$VERSION/cdi-controller.yaml

The URL previous to this change appears to be the one mentioned further down as deprecated which was removed in later releases resulting in a 404.
