bug 1079920 - Extract version and support data

A large subset of cell contents are supported:
- A simple version number
- Simple kumascript ({{CompatUnknown}}, {{CompatVersionUnknown}})
- Firefox-specific ks ({{CompatGeckoDesktop("1.0"), mobile)
- Some multi-version layouts, such as <p>1.0</p> and 1.0<br>2.0
- Footnote IDs such as [1], [2]

Some contents will not be supported:
- Inline notes - must be moved to footnote or removed.

Inline notes and unrecognized content appear as parse warnings.

The footnotes section is not yet parsed, so footnotes are not added to
the supports.
