Instax SP-3 functionality now working

 - Fixed Typo in sp2.py and sp3.py (Reseting to Resetting).
 - In sp3.py - There are 32 segments rather than 24.
 - Updated logging to include print progress steps.
 - Changed log filename to use dashes for time rather than colons
 - When encoding sqare images, assume they are correctly oriented and make correct -90 rotation.
 - Added SP-3 version to Test Server
 - Adding SP-3 tests

ToDo:
 - Update tests with SP-3 relevant changes
