Fix DKT element + Coverage

Code for DKT element was not working due to the programming errors.
Tests did not fail because I forget to add test file to `runtests.jl`.
Coverage.jl did not warn about test coverage because it was configured
to different package in `.travis.yml`.

* Add `test_dkt.jl` to `runtests.jl`.
* Configure Coverage.jl in `.travis.yml` properly.
* Fix code for DKT.
