Added methods to ChapterListEntryLayout for marking icons
Added methods for marking the download and convert icons as downloaded, pending, available, and unavailable and for removing marks. Also added properties to help keep track of the current state of the icons. Added logic to QueueAreaItem to only display the icons requested, instead of always showing both. Marked many methods as private to clean up the interface.
