feat: remove jest config ability (#15)

* feat: remove jest config ability

BREAKING CHANGE:
configuring directly in jest configuration is removed.

This feature is removed because it would impact test time.
A new reporter instance is created during each test run.
Putting the options in jest config means the code has to do file checks every time.

Instead, a `debug: true` option is added so that user can check if anthing goes wrong.
