Work Continues :)

- Fleshing out some of the structure of the doucmentation, trying to get a
  a feel for it all.
- Started working on some of the mathematical side of the documentation
  for once

- Further work on domain transforms, we now have translation and rotation
  added along with their tests
- Restructured the transforms code to be its on subpackage of `stylo.domain`
