New scripts for KAPA Library prep:
1. Generate Hamilton Input for Picogreen
2. QC Check - performs a logical comparison output and step UDFs provided by arguments with operator and the "qc result" if a fail being provided by the argumnets also.
3. Spectramax Seq Plate Quant - parses the spectramax file for 3 replicates and adds the mean to the input artifact
4. subtraction - used to track volume changes in wells in steps
5. Next Step Assignment Seq Pico - assigns next step as either review (if fail) or complete
6. Normalisation - for calculating the volume of sample and buffer required for normalisation
7. Generate Hamilton Input for CFP
8. Generate Hamilton Input for IMP
9. Generate Hamilton Input for UCT
