Extend calibration for IE8

- The pattern is changed to work correctly in IE8
- Calibration now detects which kind of screenshot
driver returns: body or viewport.
  This is done because of 1 issue in IE8: when page
  scrolls, the content gets shifted despite the returned
  screenshot is actually a viewport. Offset does not equal
  to JS values of scroll offsets, so the only way to work around
  this is not doing the scrolling at all in our client script.

  Unfortunately, WebDriver stills scrolls elements to viewport when
  performing actions, so IE8 support is very limited.
