Improve video handling (#150)

* Improve videos to handle external videos and add embed_html function to output the embed code for a video.

* Add bs4 to travis setup.py

* add missing comma

* remove width and height attributes and catch non-Vimeo and non-Youtube embeds

* Remove logger references, update external_url to be a URL Field and update it's help_text

* Update comment for VideoRefField

* Break each iframe into it's own html file and render them with render_to_string

* Add ?rel=0 to stop related videos appearing at the end of a video
