* moved streams related tests from MtAmazonDynamoDbTestRunner/MtAmazonDynamoDbStreamTestRunner to StreamsTest, added ability to run each test with its own local dynamodb, ability to run tests isolated with forkCount=1/reuseForks=false, renamed junit context providers, added ability to start local dynamo on random port

* added support for clearing MtAmazonDynamoDb caches for testing purposes so it's possible to clear the database out from underneath an MtAmazonDynamoDb instance, renaming, doc updates

* Added testing of virtual tables with hash key of type N in addition to S, fixed incorrect class name reference in logback.xml

* added tests for virtual tables with hash keys of type byte array, ,fixed bug in SharedTable with ByteBuffer'ing

* checkstyle conformance

* dropped test that has been subsumed, removed chain test dependency on test runner

* absorbed MtAmazonDynamoDbTestRunner into DocGeneratorRunner

* reduced the # of orgs used per test from 3 to 2, removed unnecessary todo and unused method
