Fix dates not being parsed properly (#277)

* Add moment library

* Use moment to parse dates

* Use moment for beforeNow check

For semantics, renamed openCards to openedCards (aligning with
closedCards and unopenedCards)

* Add a mock unopened assessment

* Pass isStudent to Assessment using session.role

* Use isStudent for rendering card

Also set isStudent as true in case role is undefined

* Make date formatting prettier

* Add test for upcoming assessments Button display

* Use renderAttemptButton argument

Whoops. TDD is great. This means that the change works, as the buttons
go missing for the test.
