close #1516: add styler support (#1581)

* adding basic styler support.

* only use one chunk option `tidy` (tidy = TRUE means tidy = 'formatR')

* remove the tidy.method option

* remove the linebreak

* more compact code, and `tidy` can take a custom tidy function

* add a news item for #1581, and add Lorenz to ctb

* use isFALSE() instead

* options$tidy is not necessarily logical now, so test with isFALSE(tidy) instead of !tidy
