feat(profile): create and update user profile (#27)

- install dependencies
- set up the routes for creating and updating user profile
- create password hash service to hash password on update
- create middleware to validate input on profile update
- create helper function to help validate input
- write tests for creating and updating user profile
- add first and last name to user model
- add search user profiles functionality
