Tests: setting default apps via newAppInstance (#372)

It turns out the only tests hitting the overloaded version of `Kernel.newAppInstance()` is removed in https://github.com/aragon/aragonOS/pull/371. This adds them to their proper place, tested with the Kernel.

Took this opportunity to clean up these tests some more, and parameterize the last two contexts (which are almost 100% copy pastes from each other) (a10c880).
