Work around for unavailable encrypted secrets from Travis (#22) (#23)

* Fix packaging and do some basic rebranding

1. Change package maintainer details to RebirthDB <rebirthdb-infra@googlegroups.com>
2. Use RebirthDB's private key to sign the packages
3. Rename basic command line commands and options from `rethinkdb ...`
   to `rebirthdb ...`
4. Update README to be more relevant to the context of RebirthDB being a
   community developed fork of RethinkDB. Also include sponsor/donor
   details.
5. Update source file license headers

* Change ./configure command to allow use of system installed libs

* Introduce travis build stages, jobs across trusty and xenial

* Use docker service for Travis CI builds, instead of VMs

Travis doesn't yet support Ubuntu Xenial on it's VMs. So, to run
the tests on a greater variety of environments, the docker based
build service is recommended.
