Minify and Simplify SVG Icons (#133)

While running some webpack analysis on own project, noticed that he-react-ui Icons was taking quite a large chunk of space. I ran some through SVG and noticed a ~30% to ~70% improvement in size.

I've gone through all the svg's in the Icon folder and updated them by doing the following:
- Compress svg's through svgo
- Add svg props type that identifies the available svg props
- Update snapshots
