records: improve thumbnail image file display, update publication info

* Fix a bug in Sandbox where thumbnail image files were not clickable.
* Check that files starting with "thumb_" are actually image files.
* Link to offline YAML validation script (check.py) from upload page.
* Remove some EOS fixes from submission.py since no longer necessary.
* Update publication information from INSPIRE record before finalising.
