feat(react-bootstrap imports): import react-bootstrap components individually (#518)

The use of "import { <component> } from 'react-bootstrap'" causes all of react-bootstrap to be
imported. Changing this to "import <component> from 'react-bootstrap/lib/<component>'" only pulls in
the desired component.
