Rename things related to bears.json file (#710)

* Rename package inspectors.metrics4bears to inspectors.properties

* Change back the name of the test folder

* Delete TestMetrics4BearsJsonFile (I will put it back)

* Add TestMetrics4BearsJsonFile back with the new package and class names

* Leave TestMetrics4BearsJsonFile file in peace

* Prepare to rename Metrics4Bears (the code elements renamed in this commit will be deleted when refactoring repairnator.json)

* Rename Metrics4Bears to Properties

* Rename MetricsSerializerAdapter4Bears to PropertiesSerializerAdapter

* Fix log message in PropertiesSerializerAdapter
