Form pseudo-method routes in ResourceSwitchBuilder

Resource id format cannot match "new" keyword as this path segment
is used in form uri. Must consider alternative implementation with
separate path to forms like "/forms/resource" and "/forms/resource/id".

Since paths for multiple routes are the same some way to make route
selection simplified shoul be possible - example concept:
path:resource [no id = index, id = get]
path:resource.form [no id = new, id = edit]
