Dev improvements (#240)

* minor code improvement, and example on using xgboost and skater

* added a simple wrapper to flip image orientation

* minor correction to resolve build error

* updating the notebook with usage of flip_orientation func

* moving dependency on rpy2 from setup.py to setup.sh

* changing the ordering of installations within setup.sh

* still working on correcting the rpy2 installation

* another attempt inresolving dependency issue

* adding the preferred rpy2 version

* enabling the option to turn off intensity plot in show_image
